about me

I am a photographer and therapist. Each part of me informs the other. In both I hold an open, present and responsive space which allows me to explore and find meaning.

Through making macro and close-up images, I discover the intimate details of the natural world, from butterflies and fungi to the quiet poetry of flowers. Based in Sussex and deeply inspired by the landscape of the South Downs, my work seeks the small, often overlooked moments of wonder that surround us every day.

I bring a similar exploratory curiosity to therapy. Just as reflection, mindfulness and wellbeing inform my photography, so discovery and seeking out moments of meaning inform my therapy work. Both therapy and photography are, for me, a gentle conversation – an invitation to pause, to notice and to feel.

And above all, my work is always about connection – to nature, to ourselves, and to one another.
